Megabass Sleeper Gill

Description

The Megabass Sleeper Gill is a bluegill-style soft bait with a dorsal fin weed guard that lets you poke grass, laydowns, timber and bottom cover without a bare hook flashing.

The hidden top hook sits in a compressible hollow so fish can inhale it, while pectoral fins and a low center of gravity help it stay upright on the crawl and stand on the pause.

How to fish it: Slow-crawl it on bottom to mimic a browsing gill, or speed up higher in the column for a stronger tail kick and body roll. Use it when clean swimbaits get ignored in thick cover.
