Scotty Power Grip Plus 1170

Description

The Scotty 1170 Power Grip Plus is the downrigger line release that comes with Scotty downriggers, rigged with a heavy 18 in. monofilament leader and a cannonball snap.

Line is held between soft pads, and you set the release tension by moving the line in or out of the jaws. A tension adjuster doubles the holding power when you need it, and the streamlined shape won't snag weeds or foul lines.
